Why I work the way I do
My background is in IT — systems, problem management and root cause analysis. That isn't a line on a résumé, it's how I work. When something goes wrong with a listing or a transaction, my instinct is to find out why rather than reach for the nearest convenient explanation.
My approach is straightforward: tell clients the truth, including when the truth isn't what they want to hear. If a home should be priced differently, I'll say so. If the timing is wrong, I'll say that too. Most people don't need a salesperson — they need someone who will give them a straight answer and then do the work.
I speak English, Punjabi and Hindi, and I work with many families in this community who would simply rather have the conversation in their own language.

You work with me
Not an assistant, not a junior agent. Every showing, every call, every negotiation is me. I take on a limited number of clients at a time specifically so that stays true.
I'm reachable
Calls, texts and email answered seven days a week, evenings included. If I can't take your call I'll tell you when I can.
I'd rather earn a client for life
This is a small community and a long career. Most of the people I work with are introduced to me by someone who worked with me before — which only keeps happening if I give people the honest answer, including when that answer is to wait, or that a particular house isn't the right buy. A transaction ends at closing. I'd like the relationship to carry on well past it.
Commission is a conversation
My brokerage charges a flat fee per transaction rather than a percentage split, which gives me real flexibility. I'd rather discuss it openly than pretend rates are fixed.

All brokerage services are provided through Pellego, Inc., CA DRE #02043232. Sidhu Estate Realtors LLC is my marketing entity — it is not a licensed brokerage and does not represent you.
